Kingdom Door Lenasia with unsatisfactory service

I bought a double door garage door at Kingdom door Lenasia it was around R 22 000.00 and I was happy and last month i asked them to come install the door of which they did but I wasn't happy with the installation and I called them to inform them that I'm not happy they should come and fix my door and they said for them to come back i need to pay call out fee and I told them I wont pay because their door is expensive and their service was not satisfactory so I wont pay for *** job. So they told me that the manager would call me back and that was two weeks ago till now no one has called or apologies for that.
