Doors not fixed after in 5 months

My fiance and I bought interior & garage doors + installation at separate residences at R22220. We were given a damaged garage door less R200. Both doors were badly installed. Workers had bad attitude. After 30 calls and 10 visits to the shop the rubber of garage door hasn't been replaced. Interior door stands skew against frame and closes on its weight. In spite of every attempt to get repairs, we have been shoved from pillar to post, each customer service consultant passing the buck. 5 months later, the doors are not fixed. We need urgent help desperately. Disgruntled and disillusioned.
