Good day <br> <br> I(Kagiso Matsetse) am writing this on behalf of my mother(Tebogo Matsetse) , who bought a door at a warehouse(KINGDOM DOORS) in Lenasia in May 2015 for an amount of R12040.00...Reference number (L8025) The door was delivered and installed by the representative from the warehouse , unfortunately 6months down the line , the condition of the door is deteriorating . we went to the warehouse enquire about the condition of the door and we were told we not the first customers to complain and we need to pay R1000 for them to come fix it for us.<br> <br> On the 18/01/2016 I emailed the manager [Email Removed] and still no feedback from him. All we want is for them to fix the door with any fee because it's not part of the agreement . if we were told about the issue before, I am certain we wouldn't have purchased the Door.<br> <br> <br>
