Bad Service

My sister and I we brought 2 standard doors, one was installed correct and the second door was installed incorrect. Its almost a year now we tried calling and visiting the store, they would tell us that they will send us people to re-install the door. We were dealing with Vincent who works there. Till today we are still waiting for Vincent and his people to come and fix their problem and we paid them cash.
