Bad customer service at Kingdom Doors

I bought a door at kingdom doors a week ago and they said they would install it last week Saturday. The installation team was late as they only arrived at 18:00 and I had to wait to whole day for them. On arrival the door was bent and not in good condition. I’ve tried to call kingdom doors however they keep going around in circles saying they will call me back and they never do. I tried to WhatsApp them but the person on the other side gave me next to nothing of information. I’m throughly disappointed and angry because I paid that door in full but now I have to run after kingdom doors. Please assist. I want my door and the rain season is upon us
