Bad customer service

What a horrible experience I had with this company. Bad customer service, they make you wait for the longest time, they're sales men don't even know how to explain they're contracts and invoices and they don't even communicate with their customers. I wish and pray that this company be dealt with because these people treat us badly but at the end of the day expect us to support them. I don't recommend anyone to buy or do business with them.
