<p>My sister bought a door from evaton branch and paid 13 000 for it the branch is at evaton mall.</p> <p>When we were about to fetch the door they told us to fetch it from lansiria(lans)at their ware house.</p> <p>They say that they dont keep stock here.</p> <p>When we aksed them why cant they fetch it for us they told us with attitude that we must go ourselfves to fetch the door the.</p> <p>When we ask for a refund they told us to go and fetch it at lanseria.</p> <p>My question is why did they open a branch in evaton if they cant keep stock of what they are selling.</p> <p>Why cant they why must i pay so much money at the end of the day i must travel 45 kilometers to fetch the door.</p> <p>Who is going to pay for my petrol?</p> <p>All we want is our door deliverd to the evaton branch or give us our refund that we can collect from evaton branch as we paid the money there.</p> <p>We spoke to the store maneger by the name of France who told us that we can complain but theres nothing we can do thats how they run their bussiness.</p> <p>My sisters name is</p> <p>Puleng Motheletsi</p> <p> ********** 419</p>
