Failure to deliver books after 5 months
This online platform is a **** masquerading aw a Christian organization! I ordered two books from them in April and have yet to receive them with absolutely no response after writing emails and numerous comments on in their Facebook page. I am beyond disappointed. They dont even deserve 1 star.

Very Disappointing Service of Kingdom Covenant books online
Very Disappointing Service – No Delivery and No Communication I placed an order for a book on the Kingdom Covenant website on 17 July, and to date I have still not received my order. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication. I have sent numerous emails requesting an update on my order, but none of them have been acknowledged or answered. As a customer, I understand that delays can happen, but ignoring customers is unacceptable. A simple response or update would have gone a long way. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would appreciate either immediate delivery of my order or a full refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Kingdom Covenant until they improve their customer service and communication.
