Bad service turn around

Sent my BMW in for a new Computer and wiring harness. Was fitted, car starts, but gearbox remains in limp mode. I.E, the fitted ECU computer is not compatible with my cars gearbox Computer.<br> <br> Four months later - and counting - I'm still waiting for my car. When I try calling, or leave messages - I get no reply or answers as to when I can get my car back. He simply avoids me completely. One can see he gets and has read the Whats App messages but ignores me altogether. <br> <br> If I do by some miraculous miracle get hold of Eugene, he simply gives me some sob story about something or the other and gives me yet another time of completion. He has given me more than 20 dates of completion and broken every promise made to me.<br> <br> If you want timeous repairs, where communication is open and honesty is a must - then rather give these guys a miss. If you cant trust your mechanics word, then you must rather go elsewhere as the whole experience will be a bad one from start to finish. <br> <br> I'm still trying to get hold of him just to let him know I'm sending a tow truck to fetch my car so I can try someone else to do the job and take a loss of R8600. What a sad bunch indeed.
