King Club's poor service

Last night I booked at King club's B&B in King William's Town I woke up this morning only to find out that there is no water, no one cared to disclose that before I could pay R650 I really need a shower before traveling it's so frustrating,the owner or manager by the name of Allen is not taking my calls he keeps on cutting the calls
