KING TRUSS!!! REALLY NO THEY ARE ONLY KINGS AND BAD SERVICE!!!

These guys promise you the moon tell you they are in the business many years but they came 3 years ago to instal my roof and the first attempt the guys installed the chormodeck roof upside down!!!! Then they had to remove the whole roof and re-do it. From day one we had leaks in the kitchen, the patio and around our fireplace. We payed for their services directly and not to the builder and they were payed in full. But after numerous attempts and promises by the builder since he reffered them they told us that because we have a ongoing fight with the builder they (and they are friends) they didnt want to come and sort it out. I mailed and asked who paid them and where they paid in full and they aggreed so I said then who's name is on the line here? So then in the beginning of this year, we were promised that they will come and sort it all out. I understand they can't do these things when its raining but there has been weeks when there was no rain and nobody came. Here we are in April now and everytime it rains the damage just gets worse to the walls and paint ect. I now have a internal waterfall everytime it rains. I send a request again on Friday to ask when will they be coming but no response. I would never ever deal with such un profressional people again cause once they have your money they dont care!!!!!
