King Tony lifetime warranty is a joke.

I have a king Tony strong bar that broke while trying to open a CV joint bolt on a VW Caddy. When I took it for a warranty replacement, they supp**** a repair kit but the bar was bent. I asked them if the repair kit will fit as the jaw was bent and they said that they will replace the entire wrench. This was after the wrench had been with them for 2 months. After I left their agent in Durban, I received a call 10mins later saying that the wrench was damaged due to improper use. My question to the caller was that they could not determine this for 2 months and was willing to supply a repair kit but it took them 10mins to determine that it was damaged due to improper use in 10 mins when it was time to replace the wrench. Imagine a strong bar that cannot open a 12mm bolt. Not a strong bar at all in my opinion. There also is no lifetime warranty but they have a lifetime of excuses when it’s time to honour the warranty.
