Water & Electricity Supply

Every week in Mthatha (North Crest) we're out of water and electricity, it's either one or the other or both at the same time. After hrs call center is there but they're also not helpful, that's if they do answer their phones. As I'm writing this we did not have water the whole day but when it finally came back the electricity went off and we're still in the dark. We've complained but there's still no change, what can we do as residents of Mthatha to get good service from the Municipality, some times we have to throw away food because of this as it gets spoilt, we buy parraffin and candles
