water and electricity supply

Yesterday we had a black out up until this morning, I don't understand why this is happening because it was said in the news by eskom that there will be no load shedding this month of Dec until January,the ksd officials don't even bother explaining or announcing before time that this will take place and why.we buy froze food that we have to throw away eventually due to the black out because it's rotten.please do something we cannot afford to stay without electricity especially at this time of the year.yesterday we had to enjoy our kid's graduation ceremony without electricity so this is really affecting us badly
