NO ELECTRICITY SINCE JANUARY 2017

<p>But y are treated like this we have been at KSD municipal offices since January 2017 we were told our meter box is faulty it has to be changed until today we do not have electricity. we have been there several times infact everyday with no success. who can live without electricity . this not fair.</p>
