Poor communication, sad for this great product.

For the product I rate this an absolute 5 star, love the product.

Unfortunately I cannot give the same rating for the after sales and website.

According to their website they have the correct address but my province as Gauteng. I have never heard of a town called Worcester in Gauteng. I have asked them to change the name of the province to no avail.

Also have been waiting for 2 days for dimensions to have it collected.

Poor communication.
