Waste of time and money

I placed an order on the 15th of November 2022 it is the 29th of November and i have still not received it. i was told that they cannot deliver to me address the i was told that my order was delivered. they do not answer their phones when i try to contact them and they do not respond to my emails. Ive been trying to get a refund but no one at this company is getting back to me. i do not want the product anymore because it is probably ruined by now. this 1 star is too generous they deserve 0 stars
