No communication… no replies…no order shipped after a week.
I placed and paid for my order 7 days ago, and after two email enquiries, regarding when my order will be shipped, I have still received no communication whatsoever. I am actually quite concerned that this is a ****!

18 Mar 2024, 11:56I eventually received my order after approximately 3 weeks. Their prices are so good, that it is quite a shame that the service isn’t up to standard. They offered to change the one product which they didn’t have stock of, without charging me the extra R20 price difference, which was nice of them.
Replies to my emails took several days, and it was difficult getting a phone call answered.
