Money taken but no parcel received.

I placed an order on the 19th of Jan, they take 1-3 business days to ship... I have yet to receive a tracking number via Pargo and no communication despite emails asking them where the product I have paid for already is. No one has gotten back to me but they are quick to take your money. Order number : Ref #: SO.***
