Don't Waste Your Time

ZERO stars would have been better.

Placed and paid for my first order on Thursday evening. Friday passes (normal business day), with no shipping notification/info received. No contact over the weekend either.

Monday morning: I call the listed contact number/s at least twice, during the listed operating hours. But no one answers the phone.

I send a mail message regarding my desire to cancel the order that was placed & paid for, and receive a response on the same day (Monday) notifying me that the parcel was in fact sent and will be delivered. And then will be collected by the couriers to be returned. And only after collection, will they give me a refund.

Tuesday - Nothing. No communication or collection. (normal business day) Wednesday - Nothing. No communication or collection. (normal business day) Thursday - Nothing. No communication or collection. (normal business day) Friday - They finally send a courier to come and collect what was delivered on Monday.

Poor excuses provided for the issues with this order.

Still waiting to receive my own funds, so that I may be able to purchase the things I need/desire.
