Awful (or rather.. non-existent) customer service!!

What a terrible experience! I ordered from here for the first time, and I’m disgusted by the way they ignore emails and don’t answer their phones. I placed a very expensive order a week ago and I still haven’t received delivery! I’ve been emailing and calling them with no luck. I’m not even sure I’ll get my order and I’ll probably lose my money too! Will never order from this awful site again!!
