No customer service

We have shopped here a few times. The sales assistant Sonia is exceptionally helpful. Today the company's systems are not working. I have now waited 40 minutes to pay for a transaction. I tried to get the manager's attention and she ignores me. I asked the sales lady why they cannot issue a manual invoice and they can upload it to their systems when they have sorted their system issues. She told me that it is not allowed by management. So it is ok to have a client dangling for almost an hour without trying to do things differently. This is my last visit here for sure. I can't see this company being around in the future.
