I bought a car from King Of Cars Boksburg on finance through Flexidrive

I bought a car from King Of Cars Boksburg on finance through Flexidrive. Salesman was Jared Kruger. I cancelled the deal on 19 May during the cooling off period. I only drove the car from the dealer to my home and back. It has been over 4 months and King Of Cars is refusing to refund my R5000 deposit. I have emailed King Of Cars and MIOSA multiple times with no reply. Flexidrive confirmed this was private finance, not commercial rental, so their km excuse is false. Very poor service .Avoid this dealer n they expect me to pay R10500 for a limited kilometres polo vivo while I needed a car for business
