Horrible service they just dont care!

People please be very very Carefull to make use of King Of Cars. In the beginning they arw wonderful but then the True colours come out your salesperson lies to you around every corner and when you have the car they just throw their arms in the air and use the phase the documents has been signed and the car was Delivered my passengers door never opened up from the day that i received the car and i was told maybe its a safety feature just to find out that the whole meganism in the door is Busted and when the window is open the door does not even close not lock and when i phoned the sales person to hear what on earth is going on how can we fix it he just said sorry the checks was done and documentation is signed car has been delivered well clearly the checks was only in their bank account.. another thing be very very carefull for the FNI she lies to you and there is some sort of an arrangement between then and Cartrack because they slip a Cartrack device into your car when they inform you and you tell them that you do not want the device because you cant afford it they tell you one of the Cartrack consultants will contact you to make arrangements of cancell it guess what NOT THE TRUTH! they stary taking money from your account and then you get a cancellation letter in August and in October you get a threatning letter for hand overs after you have send a bunch of emails CC the FNI to help askimg for help then you just get a snotty answer "i did" with a photo of a email that i am not even sure was send why was i not CC in the email?? Makes you wonder! Now that i am making a whoo haaa about the Cartrack story im getting a message that Management feel that i handled the situation wrong so they dont want to help? Really now they were not going to help me anyway so people please think 2 or 5 times before you make use of King Of Cars believe me you are going to struggle for a few months NO AFTERSALES and i regret doing business with them!
