Horrible service by King of Cars

I had a horrible experience with King of cars in Boksburg the one at Trichardts Road , I bought a car from them last year September and recently my car key broke , then I tried using the spare key I was given by the dealer his name is Andile , shockingly the spare key Andile gave me was not for my car , I called Andile but he didn’t not take accountability and he told me he can’t help me , I then went to king of cars to talk to his manager Lyle and the director of the Car Dealership to get help because this was out of my control, I waited and waited while the people who worked there went to call the manager and director, we waited and waited and no one pitched. Kyle who is the manager and a friend to Andile went AWOL and director Elaine never bothered to even meet with us. We then left the dealership looking like fools. I will be logging a formal complaint with Ombud this is ********ity and shear disrespect given to a desperate woman who paid R100k deposit without any fuss
