Unsatisfied client

Please don't buy a king koil bed. We bought one a month ago and the mattress saged on both side so bad that our old bed of 5years ago are much better. Phoned the agents and they not willing to help very dissatisfied and disappointed. Will never advise someone to buy a king koil bed, their after sale service are terrible and unwilling to help.

Ref F319817 not like it's going to help. I don't know how you can judge damage on a photo. We were asked to send photo's of mattress and got a reply nothing is wrong with bed. But thanks fir replying
