King Koil beds fall apart within 2 years

I happily purchased my first bed, a King Koil bed through Furniture City (company has since closed) in Park Meadows, Johannesburg about 2 years ago on credit for around R5300. Both mattress and base have completely collapsed within 2 years, and the base, I have discovered to my horror, is made from very cheap wood and the mattress has completely collapsed. What's worse is that I am a bachelor and I am sometimes away from home, so the bed isn't used for some periods of time. I am still paying this bed off through African Bank who handled all of Furniture City's purchases and I now refuse to pay for this ******* product where other beds at the same price are guaranteed for over 10 years, especially the amount of money I have now wasted because this product is absolute *******! I would like to take this matter to the Ombudsman with reference to the Consumer Protection Act and I want my money back or a brand new bed with a decent guarantee. Either way, King Koil needs to take responsibility for supplying ******* to the public in the first place. I have never been more disgusted with a product in my entire life, especially when King Koil are reputed to have Good beds!
