King Koil Bed Gave in after 3 years

we purchased a king koil bed through furniture city on 28.12.2012. the bed and base have collaspsed in certian places.it makes noises when you move, it has indents in it and is not longer comfortable to sleep on.i logged a complaint with african bank as furniture city no longer exists. the bed is supposed to have a 10 year warranty. after 3 years, the bed has given in and it cost a lot of money. it must be replaced.<br> <br> i have proof of purchase from african bank. Please contact me most urgently

Please email me your proof of purchase, I will have your complaint logged for you. Once the complaint is logged you will receive an sms with your reference number.
Please be advised that there will be a warranty fee applicable as it seems you are out of the guarantee period.(please refer to your warranty card)
