King Koil Bed

We bought our bed from furniture city in the crescent umhlanga in 2012. The bed is supposed to have a 10 year warranty and after 3 years, the bed has completely collapsed. The mattress has permanent indents in it. The bed makes all sorts of noises when you turn over. The springs have collapsed in some areas and the base has collapsed in some arrears. We tried laying a compliant with furniture city who referred us to African bank as they approved the credit and we amiable had no luck since. The bed cost over R5000 and it was the worst purchase we ever could have made. The quality of the beds are not as wonderful as they were made out to be when we were looking to purchase
