King coil Calla

We recently replaced our Sealy Double bed for a King Coil, Simple walk in call into their distributors, and listen to their recommendations. What a Mistake, The bed in the shop felt fine, but when purchased and installed we had trouble, with aching shoulders and hips. Going onto the internet identified it's the wrong bed, we are side sleepers, and a softer mattress is recommended, we are now looking at purchasing a mattress topper, but maybe it's better to go back to a Sealy bed quoting the original model we had years ago, Are Sales teams trained in identifying the correct mattresses beds and explain these issues to customers, Looking at leading mattress manufacturing in South African, their web sites are lacking
