incorrect assessment

I sent an email to Rachel on the 1.07.2015 and l have not received any feed back.Let me start by saying how disappointed lam regarding the service we got from the assessor as he came to check the bed and sent in a report. So l went and bought a new base and first tested the old mattress on it and there was no squicking noise sound from it. <br> <br> I then took the new mattress on the old bed base and the sound is there so the main issue is the base.<br> <br> It makes me wonder the assessment wasnt it to replace the entire bed?<br> <br> Can you please follow up and have a look into this matter .
