Dissapointed

We bought a bed less than 2 years ago. After getting many positive reviews for king koil we decided to go with this brand. The bed is TERRIBLE! It is so uncomfortable, every morning we wake up with back pains which has never happened once in the 8 years of sleeping on a cloud 9. Now i’ve noticed little thin steel stuff pressing thru the mattress and each time we push it in and it pops up somewhere else. Really wish i went with another bed, we back into our 8 year old cloud 9 and king coil will be the guest bed.
