Ill treated by the receptionist

Im pregnant and today is my routine check up. The receptionist from anc tells me she will nit register me as i have not submitted proof of residence, mind you, she does not want a letter from the council to be used as a form of proof address. Where im staying we are renting so obviously i do not have access to the landlord's letter, which i have explained to the lady countless times. I was transferred from Newlands West clinic to king gorge because i would give birth in hospital. The lady told me point blank that if i were to give birth i will not be assisted they will turn me away. I am extremely furious and i will take this further!!!!
