Disgusting Attitudes from Professionals

The professionals in this hospital act like they are doing us the patients a favour, when they do their jobs. I Dont understand why. They treated me like a piece of **** if I may say.

I'm so disappointed they are rude to the patients. They are lazy to help us but not lazy to chat on their phones. Including the Dr's.

Is this what we are paying them to so to us? We are heavily taxed to pay all the unprofessional professionals.
