Worse service

The worse service ever. Friday, I ordered food and it was not delivered because the owner Jason was no where to be found to release funds for the driver to collect the food. Today, I ordered again and took my food 2hrs to arrive. I refused to pay and now he is threatening to call the cops on me. He has no customer etiquette, sense of urgency and running the business as if he is doing us a favour.
