Washing machine repair ****

This is an appliance repair service company. On the 4 Aug, 2021, I found Brian on the internet to fix my LG 13kg washing machine. He came home, had a look, & said the gearbox mainly needs replacement. Quoted R2850, & assured me it would work 100% after repairs, which also carries a 6 month guarantee. However, within a day of bringing my machine back & me paying him in full, the machine started malfunctioning. I called him back, he came & said the motor was burnt. How could this be, & why did he not pick that up in the first place? I would not have wasted my money fixing it. In fact I have already been forced to buy a new one. Brian promised me about half a dozen times to come & make a settlement with me. Keeps lying & making false promises. When I phone him now, he pretends not to hear than cuts me off. Very unreliable & dishonest, people need to stay away from him. His no. is *** or ***, please watch out for these numbers when you looking around for appliance repairs.
