Extremely poor quality - ernestly advise against buying King Coil

We bought a King Coil Calla in mid 2019 at an exorbitant price, but it was money saved up for the long awaited luxury.

What a disappointment!

By April 2020 (and no, it was not due to the lockdown..) the bed was sagging at the edges and we could not find the receipt for the 1 year guarantee/warranty we received from the store.

Now, less than three years after the purchase, wires - which I can only assume are some of the springs - are actually protruding from the side of the sagging bed!

We are WELL below the weight threshold for the specific model.

I would absolutely NOT recommend buying a bed from King Coil if you are planning to invest long term. If you only want a (very expensive) comfortable sleep for about one year - go for it.

We added a mattress topper to our old bed and moved the Calla to the spare room - which barely gets used. Saving from scratch for (hopefully) a better experience from a different brand next time.
