King Clean Mosselbay's terrible service

Be careful when you assign your holiday home to King Clean in Mosselbay. On more than once occasion, they charge you for a departure clean which was R1500, but never do the departure clean, only when the next guests arrive, which could've been in a couple of weeks or months time. They left the house filthy, wet towels & linen, rotten food etc. When we arrived without informing them on more than one occasion, we found the house in a total mess, and their excuse was always, 'we did not have time', but they had time to take your money. I have also bought a whole new set of linen for our holiday house, costing me over R15 000 and that is just 'missing' after I have put all my trust and belongings in their hands.
