Fanance Lady

So I app**** for car finance, the lady helped me, then at First she never tooked all the details and doc she needed to completed the finance application. She never got back to use about how far the process is going, until I phoned in and hear there is docs outstanding, and also a doc that I have given here from the start but she must have lost it. So the deal carried on for almost 3 weeks. And for this time waiting we lost on the outplay off the deal, after fighting with here she blamed it on me and then on the seller. What happened to getting the documents and giving fast service???
