Extremely irate!!!

My husband purchased his Ford Ranger bakkie from Malibongwe and had to wait 2 days befoe he could take delivery as their service department was giving it a inspection. A year later and the bakkie won't start due to the system being bypassed? We took it to Houdini's to check, who referred us to Keytronics. They confirmed that someone had tried to bypass the system, because there is a cable running from the ignition straight to the diesel pump. The cable is loose, so can be seen. When I brought this to their attention, Malibongwe assured me that they would have it sorted out. I got a quote from Keytronics for the repairs, and expected King Cars to pay for this as they obviously did not do a decent inspection and failed to disclose this to us. Now they refuse any liability, we are responsible for the repairs and meanwhile stranded without transport. It took more than a week for King Cars to get back to me. I had to phone constantly and inquire as to any progress, just to be informed today that it is not their problem! What a disgrace!!!!!!
