King Cake N1 City - DISAPPOINTING!!!

Hi there.

I purchased 2 items, face paint and a Halloween prop, neither of which were used and was returned on the 3rd day as they were not wanted and needed, and to my dismay a simple return and refund was outright denied. The face paint was still sealed and unused, and the prop was untouched with all the labels and tags still attached. Please note that I do understand what is written on the receipt but in all honesty where's the common sense or higher sense of discretion in this regard? What is stated on the receipt is rather vague if that is anything to go by, and is utter BS, because in a nutshell, it encompasses and refers to the stores entire inventory, so I strongly believe that it should be changed to ”No Refunds", period!
