King cake n1 city

I order my wedding cake at king cake n1 city paid for it when I send my caterer to collect they refuse to give it they ask fr my bank statement.I was so upset coz I had to send a stranger with my personal statement to collect the cake on my wedding day which was this Saturday pass.when cake arrived it was skew the night when we went home I had to cut it coz the bottom part broke.bad service .since when do they ask fr a bank statement tht made me upset .
