Kinetic Logistics UK , have promised delivery two Saturdays in a row and both times failed to arrive with no communication what so ever. They pride themselves on their website as "always on time". What a laugh!. They did not bother to contact us at all when the delivery failed the first time. We had to contact the retailer who uses their services to deliver their furniture to their customers and we had to contact the Retailer to get a response. Then they rescheduled for today , a week later, and the same thing has happened! Be careful using this Company.
