MOST EFFICIENT SOLAR COMPANY

I cannot thank Kinetic-energy solar enough for the excellent service that I have received from them! Let me go into more detail. As load shedding became worse back in June, my 86 year old mother found that she could not cope with it any more and asked me to get a ups system installed. I reside in Mpumalanga Emerlo , an installer named DK came out to survey Mom's house and it was agreed that a 10kw system would be appropriate for her. DK kindly agreed to expedite the installation (at no extra cost) which I very much appreciated. Installation of the system was made by DK he was totally professional, I must admit that I was skeptical of his skills, being a basic electrical engineer myself, however I was proved totally incorrect with my reservations! the team worked efficiently, quietly, cleanly and above all professionally which in my opinion is a credit to kinetic-energy management and they should be commended! That is not to say that there wasn't a problem with commissioning of the system, which there was, these things happen! There was a fault with the Battery, which I believe was already flagged and it was quickly replaced by Cain, again excellent no fault service from kinetic-energy solar. In conclusion I have absolutely no problem in recommending this company as their service really is excellent!
