My Sister was Manhandled by a Bouncer

30 June 2019: Yesterday evening, we (a group of 4) had drinks at Kind Regards. We were there for about 2 hours and then left to go to another establishment down the road. On the way back to our cars, my sister in law needed to use the bathroom and we entered Kind Regards again thinking it would be OK to use the bathroom as we had been there earlier. Just as we entered the bathroom an irate bouncer stormed in and demanded to know what we were doing there as we, according to him, were not patrons. We told him we had been there earlier in the evening and he accused us of lying saying he had not seen us. He grabbed my sister in law and held her back as I went to go and look for the waiter, Jeremiah, to tell him what had happened. Luckily Jeremiah was standing right outside the bathroom and I told him to tell the bouncer we had been there earlier. He did so and the bouncer wouldn't believe him, until 2 more waiters came forward to confirm that we were patrons. This whole scene happened in front of everyone in the restaurant. The way this man behaved was utterly disgusting. He manhandled my sister-in-law (he was twice her size) and when the waiters came to our rescue he stormed off and did not even apologize. To the Management; we will not be returning to your establishment. Please teach your bouncer to respect women and to keep his aggressive attitude in check. We were only there to use the bathroom for goodness sake. I will be telling all my friends and family about this incident, and we will never step foot inside this place again.
