WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought 4 packs of 9 each 2 ply white babysoft toilet paper that was faulty. Contacted the customer call centre *** on 7 January 2020. They send a link on the same day to register a claim and send photos. Today the 22 January 2020 still no response from them and I have called 3 times already. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
