Unhappy Customer

We bought a pack of huggies nappies, after opening the pack we realized that most of the nappies were damaged and could not be used, the ones that looked fine visibly leaked everywhere and could not be used. We sent a complaint (To the email address provided on the package) and weeks later got a reply from Kimberley-clark requesting certain information with regards with the damaged nappies along with our postal address. To this day we haven't heard anything else from them.
