Unhappy

I am so disappointed in huggies. I have reported about the nappies popping and making my daughter burn. They asked me to send pics which I did twice and the first time they told me they received them and would have someone collect the nappies I had. Globe flight collected the nappies a month ago and still I have been replaced for the nappies they took. I've spoken to Andrei more then once and all I get is there aren't any pics. Why then did the collect the nappies I had. Im not happy at all with their staff at their call centre and the way they handle situations.
