Terrible service.

Pathetic customer service. I have written to them about the babysoft toilet paper which I purchased as it was not soft at all. They didn't let me know they were coming to collect, in the same week a courier showed up to collect it, fine I gave it. Emailed them asked for a update was told it takes up to 8 weeks for them review. 2 months how pathetic. I then emailed again because why would it take so long to review, was then told to wait the 8 weeks. Emailed last week again as the 8 weeks has passed, no response. Called in the week was told they awaiting feedback, like come on now. Why do I have to be asking for updates all the time and to wait 2 months for them to review the product is ridiculous.
