terrible service

i have been waiting for a voucher for 3 months with no joy call centre is of no help. i have been loyal for 3 years since the birth of both my children. huggies nappies leaking and stuck togther i keep getting the run around for a simple voucher!! feedback not given i constantly have to call and get the same answer all the time!
